Paath, with Lindsey

Stop guessing. Start knowing.

One blood draw, 80 markers, and a licensed practitioner who reads every one of them and writes you a plan. This is the lab work I point people to when their results came back “normal” and they still feel unwell.

My link takes $100 off any panel; if you land there another way, use code LINDSEY100 at checkout. I earn a commission if you buy through it, at no extra cost to you.

What the panel covers

    2013 beyond standard

  • Metabolic & organ function

Fasting glucose, kidney and liver markers, electrolytes, proteins

  • Vitamins, minerals & nutrients

Vitamin D, ferritin, iron saturation, RBC magnesium, RBC zinc, total glutathione

    1613 beyond standard

  • Cardiovascular & inflammation

Full lipid panel, hs-CRP, homocysteine, GGT, uric acid

    128 beyond standard

  • Thyroid

TSH, free T3 and T4, reverse T3, TPO and thyroglobulin antibodies

    109 beyond standard

  • Hormones & metabolic

Fasting insulin, HbA1c, testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, DHEA-S, FSH, LH, SHBG

    109 beyond standard

Deeper sleep, calmer mind — Magtein®*

My nightly tonic. It settles my mind, and I sleep better for taking it.

Magnesium L-threonate, the form Paath says is studied to cross into the brain, paired with two more absorbable forms. Built on research from MIT, with two human studies.

CoQ10 Ubiquinol, as Paath photographs it

CoQ10 Ubiquinol

The active form of CoQ10 — already converted, so your body doesn't have to.*

The one I recommend when someone on a statin asks me about CoQ10. Alongside the statin, never instead of it.

Kaneka Ubiquinol®, 200 mg per softgel, in MCT oil. Paath's claims are antioxidant support in blood and cell membranes, cellular energy production, and helping maintain normal CoQ10 levels.
